Our motorboat Sea Ray 190 SPX is available for rent to our guests staying in Ascona. Light and easy to handle, it is moored on Lake Maggiore at Ascona’s Porto Patriziale marina, a 5-minute walk from the residence where you can refresh yourself or dine in their elegant Vela Bianca restaurant, before or after your outing.
On request, it is possible to reserve it for a half-day or a full-day trip. We can also prepare a picnic lunch for you to take with on your excursion!
The boat license is required to navigate on this model. If you don’t have one, we can provide you with a driver or another type of boat that does not require a license.
The region is rich in cultural and unusual places and beautiful small islands on which you will be happy to go ashore, including the Islands of Brissago or the Borromean Islands which are already in Italy.
The boat has a resting area in the front, allowing you to lie down.
It is completed by an all-in-one layout, comfortable and elegant: a driver’s seat, a passenger’s seat, a bench and a table that can be taken out for the aperitif.
The Marina di Porto Patriziale is a 5-minute walk from the residence and a 10-minute drive from the center of Ascona.
Surrounded by the splendid green oasis of the adjacent golf course, the structure of Porto Patriziale offers a vast space for maneuvering boats.
It also has a transit station for the Vela Bianca restaurant, which offers fine cuisine in an atmospheric dining room and on a panoramic terrace overlooking the lake.
The Sea Ray 190 SPX also allows you to practice water skiing or wakeboarding and it is possible to take your boating license courses.
On request, we can reserve various water activities for you:

LakeMaggiore is a pre-Alpine Italian-Swiss lake of 212 km2 and 65 km in length. A Swiss-Italian tourist destination, it is called Major because it is one of the most important lakes in the region. It has many islands, large, small or tiny, distributed between Piedmont, Switzerland and Lombardy, the Borromean Islands and the Islands of Brissago.
Between Stresa and Verbania is the archipelago of the Borromean Islands: Isola Madre (the largest in the lake basin), Isola Bella and Isola Superiore dei Pescatori (also known simply as Isola dei Pescatori or Isola Superiore).
In front of the Swiss town of Brissago are the two islands of Brissago.
Lake Maggiore is also famous for the towns and villages along its shores such as Stresa, Arona, Verbania, Cannobio, Pallanza, Luino in Italy, Ascona and Locarno in Switzerland.
