Ideally located in the residence of the luxury Hotel Giardino, our elegant and warm duplex apartment is the ideal location for your vacation rental in Ascona. It is located on the first floor of the residence’s PPE, which comprises two levels, an elegant garden planted with trees and an outdoor swimming pool heated to around 25 degrees from April to October.

Combining luxury, calm and pleasure, it’s a haven of happiness for couples, families or friends. Designed with quality materials, it will bring you all the comfort necessary for a pleasant stay.

The apartment also has a private underground parking space. The parking space is equipped with an electric charging point for your vehicle. Outside, within the PPE, there are 4 parking spaces for visitors to the residence.

Its proximity to the hotel means you can enjoy all the hotel services offered by the five-star Giardino on request, such as morning newspaper delivery, use of their swimming pool facilities &. spaand many other services to discover.

In the same category, the five-star Castello del Sole hotel, a luxury complex set in a nature reserve and agricultural estate a stone’s throw away, also opens its doors to you to enjoy, as extras, its magnificent outdoor spaces, spa (except July/August) and restaurants.

Ideally located for your vacation rental in Ascona, the residence is just 5 minutes by car or public transport from the center of Ascona.Ascona and a 5-minute walk from the lake and marina Porto Patrizialewhere we have a motorboat Sea Ray SPX, also available to our guests on request.

Finally, a lovely 30-minute walk along Lake Maggiore takes you to the village center of Ascona and Locarno.

Fitting out

Our duplex apartment in Ascona features an open kitchen and spacious living room, combining elegance and simplicity. The room’s bay window gives access to a warm terrace with a view of the typical Ticino mountains and the magnificent floral landscape of the residence and Hotel Giardino.

On the same level there is a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a shower.

In the mezzanine is the attic master suite, with a double bed and cot (on request), and an open bathroom elegantly integrated into the bedroom. The staircase to the upper floor is secured by a side window.

The basement of the residence features a shared laundry room and a private parking space, equipped with an electric charging station, as well as an underground passage linking the residence to Hotel Giardino.

Traveler Access

By car: 5 minutes by car from the center of Ascona.

By public transport: a bus will take you directly to the residence from the center of Ascona.

Other remarks

If you wish, you can take advantage of all the hotel services offered by the five-star Hotel Giardino (yoga classes, e-bike tour, wine tasting, spa, indoor and outdoor pools, etc.) or by Castello del Sole. Please note that the Giardino and Castello de Sole hotels are closed between the end of October and the end of March.

At the marina Porto Patriziale, 5 minutes walk from the residence, we also have a motorboat at our guests’ disposal on request.

We are at your disposal to facilitate the organization of your stay and to reserve for you tickets for shows, a table at the restaurant, cultural, sports or nautical activities.

The duplex apartment in Ascona has a dedicated underground parking space. The parking space is equipped with an electric charging point for your vehicle. Outside, within the PPE, there are 4 parking spaces for visitors to the residence.
